Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use When you visit the website: When you visit our website arthur-engelbert.de, the browser used on your terminal device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected and stored until automated deletion:

Contact form:
The data transmitted by contact form is stored including your contact data in order to be able to process your inquiry or to be available for follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on to external third parties.
The data entered in the contact form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. To revoke your consent, simply send an informal e-mail to the above-mentioned data protection officer. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. Data transmitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or until data storage is no longer necessary. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Affected rights You have the right:

Data security We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether a single page of my website is encrypted by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorised access by third parties.
